Yes, after booking arrangements has been made and all deposits have been satisfied in a timely matter.

All sales are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in the specific terms and conditions of the service or product.    

The only exception to our no refund policy is if you receive a defective or damaged product from us. In that case, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product and provide proof of the defect or damage. We will then either replace the product or issue a store credit at our sole discretion.

Puffz N’ Pearlz accepts credit cards from major providers such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. You can pay with your credit card online or in person when you book or receive your service or product.

We offer free delivery within a 20-mile radius of our location in Carrollton, Texas. If you are outside this area, we charge a flat fee of $50 for delivery.

We require a minimum of 72 hours notice for booking our service. You can book online through our website or by phone at (469)678-6142.

We will confirm your booking by email or phone within 24 hours. We will also send you an invoice with the total amount due, including any applicable taxes and fees.

You can pay by credit card, debit card, PayPal, or cash on delivery. We accept Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. If you pay by Cash App, Venmo or Cash, please have the exact amount ready when we arrive.

We will deliver our Mobile Cigar Lounge to your desired location at the agreed time. Please ensure that there is enough space and access for our vehicle to park and set up. We will need about 60 minutes to prepare the lounge before your guests can enter.

You can enjoy our service for up to 4 hours. If you wish to extend the time, please let us know in advance and we will try to accommodate your request, subject to availability and additional charges.

You can choose from a variety of cigars and beverages from our menu. We also offer custom packages and catering options upon request. Please contact us for more details and pricing.

You are responsible for ensuring that all your guests are of legal age to consume tobacco and alcohol products. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears underage or intoxicated.

You are also responsible for any damage or loss caused by you or your guests to our property or equipment. We will charge you for the cost of repair or replacement if necessary.
