Does Puffz N' Pearlz travel outside of Texas?

Yes! We happily travel outside of Texas once booking arrangements are confirmed and all deposits are paid in a timely manner.

Refund Policy

All sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Exception: If you receive a defective or damaged product, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with proof. We may then offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

✅ Free delivery within 10 miles of Carrollton, Texas.
📍 Outside 20 miles? Flat $50 delivery fee.
⏳ 72-hour advance notice required for bookings.

📧 Booking confirmed via email/phone within 24 hours.
💰 Invoice sent with total due (including taxes/fees).
