Terms, Cancellation & Refund Policy
Please review these terms before securing an event date or making a payment with Puffz N' Pearlz.
Payment & date reservation
A 75% deposit is required to secure an event date. The deposit is non-refundable. An event date is not secured until the required deposit has been received.
The remaining 25% balance is due no later than 14 days before the scheduled event.
Cancellations & refunds
If a client cancels, the 75% deposit is not refunded. Any other amounts already designated as non-refundable remain non-refundable.
Severe weather
When qualifying severe or unsafe weather prevents the event from proceeding as scheduled, we allow one complimentary rescheduling. The client must select the replacement date within 45 days after the original event date. The replacement event may take place after those 45 days, subject to our availability.
Payments already made transfer to the approved replacement event date. If qualifying severe or unsafe weather also prevents the approved replacement event from proceeding, no rescheduling fee is charged solely because of that weather.
Later date changes
After a complimentary weather-related rescheduling, a subsequent client-requested date change for a reason other than qualifying severe or unsafe weather incurs a $575 rescheduling fee. This fee is separate from and in addition to the original event payments; it does not replace or reduce the 75% deposit or remaining contractual balance. Any additional rescheduling is subject to our availability.
